How are the flowers delivered?
Our silk flowers are carefully wrapped in boxes. Your order will be delivered within a short period of time following its placement and will be shipped using the Austrian Post service. The order will be shipped strictly according to the information you enter during check-out.
The delivery takes approximately 2-6 business days inside the EU. All orders are processed, delivered and shipped on business days only (i.e. Monday to Friday). Any orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays will be processed the following workday. Please be aware that we currently only ship to countries inside the EU.
What is a Bundle?
Our bundles include 3 or 5 stems of one sort of florals or greens. You can either place each flower in single vases or place them in one vase all together. The idea is to be able to mix and match with other bundles and create your own unique floral arrangement.
What is a Flower Leasing?
The leasing service offers cost-efficient and hassle-free flower arrangements that are perfect for your workspace. They are exchanged automatically every quarter (shorter periods possible on request) and come including the vase. All you need to do is enjoy the beauty.

How do I clean silk flowers?
In general the flowers don't need a lot of care. If you do feel you want to clean them, you can use a microfiber cloth or a soft brush to gently wipe away any dirt or dust. If really dusty start with a blowdryer on cold temperature.
Business clients using the Flower Leasing: with our automatic renewal system, you won’t have to worry about any maintenance or caring for the flowers. We take care of that.
